What is the process?

• Initiate job optimization using the cutting optimization software during the pre-work preparation at the office.
• Make the grooving, milling and drilling inside the program.
• Next, you effortlessly transfer the generated cutting patterns to the app on your tablet at the saw. From there, you simply choose the required cutting pattern and commence the sawing operation. While cutting the parts, the app offers real-time, accurate monitoring of the cutting pattern's progress, even with manual saws. It indicates which parts have been sawn.
• Next, with a simple tap on the touch screen, you can print labels for each part using the included label printer. This ensures that every part is distinctly identifiable and contains all necessary details, including the job name, component information, edge banding details, and the QR code for CNC programs.
• The outcome: Decreased material usage, time saved, and comprehensive production data from the initial stage.
